"Electric Hot Water Unit for..."
  • Electric Hot Water Unit for Sat (Half). Heater unit is electrically powered and capable of heating seawater and freshwater with a flow of 6.5 GPM with 58 PSI (4 Bars) inlet water pressure.  It has a single boiler heat exchanger pressure vessel with over pressurization devices. CAT pump is incorporated to boost the hot water supply to the diver at 450 PSI (31 Bars).

Handling System
  • The handling system for the bell incorporates an “U" Frame  bell winch, power sheave, and guideline winch. The winches, the spool piece with hydraulic clamp and umbilical rollers are controlled from the bell control room. The system is designed with safety factors based on its rated capacity at rated speed. Structural design criteria involve dead, live, dynamic and other loads.

  • Potable Water System
  • The potable water system will supply hot and cold water at 103 psi (7 bar) over the working pressure in continuous operation and consist of two systems including:
  • 01)Two SS Steel receivers 600 psi working pressure.
  • 02)Two piston pumps with 500 psi working pressure each.
  • 03)Two pressure switches.
  • 04)Two pulse restrictors.
  • 05)Mounting rack.
  • 06)15 gallon hot water unit

  • Treatment Rack
  • This rack will hold the treatment mix gas which includes (1) rack of 12 cylinders of 440 cu. ft. to 2400 psi each. The rack will have isolation valves and manifold and will be piped to the control room via HP manifold.

  • Environmental Conditioning Unit
  • Chiller package Model OC-500R-H/C-ECU.
  • A completely packaged closed loop type cooler with the capacity to remove 60,000 BTU/Hr while re-circulating 50% water/glycol at -36°F in an 81° F    (-10°c in a 35°c) ambient. Cooler to consist of dual 7.5Hp air cooled conducing unit with full controls for automatic operation including:
  • 2) Digital temperature control units.
